Embracing the weather...

With the East-Coast winter seemingly behind us for good, talk has turned to moto trips, and interesting places to find adventure.  Already there are plans for taking Angie’s Honda CB 350 down to Tennessee, which of course means we will need to complete a few shorter, local trial runs…

After a short winter of wrenching on the Yamaha FZR 600, I am almost ready to call it done, and just get on the damn thing and ride.  The other day I snapped the photo above, and realized it looked as if the bike is just waiting to get out of this city, and onto the open road.  I have a few more things I need to tidy up, and make a bit more permanent.

Ruby’s Honda CL 350 will have a fresh top-end soon, and will be ridden locally for the break-in period, and then prepped for some longer trips…

The riding season is coming, and the folks at the garage are itching to hit the road.  When Winter kicks in, it feels as if there will be endless time to tinker, but the Spring comes quick, and it’s now a mad rush to finish up the projects, so that wrenching can hand the baton to riding…
