After spending the most time with construction paper since the 1st grade, the basic outlines for the Honda Hawk GT custom side panels and rear cowl were mocked up and ready for metal.  The seat pan was cut from aluminum sheet, but for the panels and rear cowl, we opted for the more mailable steel sheet.  Using the paper cut-outs as a template, 22 gauge steel was cut with a nibbler.  Time to mock it up on the bike… Read More …
