When I was at the dealership the other day, looking at the used Kawasaki Versys, I spent some time checking out the other bikes they carry.  Turns out this dealer offers the full line of Victory Motorcycles, The American manufacturer competing with Harley Davidson for large bagger supremacy…

While waiting for my Versys to be checked out by the “tester,” I spotted this Victory, which I believe is the Cory Ness (son of custom builder Arlen Ness) Cross Country model, which sells at a whopping $25,999!!!!

This thing is the size of your living room couch (if you have a huge living room!), and seems to be about as comfortable.  There is enough storage for ALL of your belongings, and It weighs in at 765 lbs, and somehow is still powered by a V-Twin.  While it’s only 2 cylinders, the physical size of the engine is mammoth.  I really wanted to snap a photo of the Versys (which is large for me) next to this bike, but the owner rode away too soon, radio blasting. Unreal!
