After a few months of stripping the custom Honda CB 750 F down to the frame, and then fabbing custom parts, a top-end rebuild, and getting the thing completely clean and painted, Jarred finally began the full reassembly…

The wheels had been powdercoated with the frame (and other assorted bits), and with some new spokes, they were relaced.  The fresh wheels were topped off with the controversial Firestone tires.  Jarred used Scotchbrite pads to give a brushed aluminum look to the handlebars, calipers, and the majority of the engine.  This bike is looking amazing!

Jarred installed new valves into the top-end, after honing and cleaning up the cylinders.  The bike had good compression and ran when he got it, so he opted to use the original rings.

There is the hint in the top photo of what the seat will become, with brown leather rounding out the look of the raw metal of the bike.  This custom Honda CB 750 Supersport is close, and should be ready to ride in a couple weeks.  Can’t wait to hear what it will sound like as it roars down the road…
